Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's or Associate degree with 2+ years of related experience, strong communication, and meticulous organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree with 2+ years of related experience or training.
• Experience using scheduling software in construction projects.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and manage detailed project schedules from start to finish using CPM.
• Coordinate resources, labor, equipment, and materials to avoid delays.
• Identify risks, analyze schedule impacts, and develop mitigation plans.
• Monitor progress and report to management and stakeholders with regular updates.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure alignment and workflow.
• Incorporate change orders into the project schedule to maintain accuracy.
