Job summary

M. J. Electric is seeking a Senior Project Scheduler to plan and manage CPM Primavera P6 schedules for large electrical construction programs across data centers, power generation, and industrial facilities.

You will work with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure on-time delivery. The role demands advanced Primavera P6 expertise, strong communication, and the ability to manage cost- and resource-loaded schedules while maintaining documentation per contract

Qualifications

• 5+ years of scheduling experience on large-scale electrical construction projects.
• Advanced Primavera P6 expertise with cost- and resource-loaded schedules.
• Experience with subcontracts and baseline/recovery schedules preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage CPM Primavera P6 schedules for data center, power generation, and industrial manufacturing projects.
• Build and maintain resource- and cost-loaded schedules aligned with baselines and execution strategies.
• Integrate inputs from engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.
• Perform critical path analysis, what-if scenarios, and productivity tracking.
• Identify schedule risks and mitigation strategies; coordinate sequencing.
• Produce earned value metrics and cash flow reports for project controls and executives.
• Support look-ahead planning, short-interval schedules, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain compliant schedule documentation and submittals per contract and company standards.
