Zusammenfassung

Summit Line Construction is seeking a Project Scheduler to develop, maintain, and update detailed Primavera P6 CPM schedules ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget. You will work with management, project managers, field supervision, and procurement to support high-voltage and substations projects.

The role requires collaboration to develop look-ahead schedules, baseline and quantify progress, and produce TIAs for change orders, with a focus on safety and project excellence.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or related field or equivalent demonstrated scheduling experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project scheduling, preferably in electrical infrastructure construction.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and ability to independently build, baseline, update, analyze, and report schedules.
• Working knowledge of CPM, including logic, float, and critical path identification.
• Experience establishing schedule baselines and performing progress, variance, and float analysis.
• Experience preparing schedule narratives and supporting TIAs.
• Familiarity with WBS development, resource loading, and contractual schedule submittal requirements.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills with safety focus

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain master project schedules and 3-week look-ahead schedules in Primavera P6.
• Baseline, update, analyze, and report assigned project schedules.
• Perform total float and critical path analysis and flag negative or eroding float.
• Create schedule narratives and TIAs for change orders and site conditions.
• Generate scheduling reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project managers and field supervision to align crew assignments and timely updates.
• Coordinate with material procurement to incorporate lead times and prevent delays.
• Maintain project WBS and ensure compliance with standards and requirements.
