Job summary

JE Dunn Construction in Las Vegas is seeking a Scheduler to join the Advanced Facilities Group. You will prepare, build and update project schedules with the project team, conduct schedule reviews, and support the planning and scheduling process across proposals, baselines, and ongoing updates.

This role requires the ability to read plans, use scheduling software, and maintain collaborative relationships with team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered.
• 0–2 years scheduling experience required.
• Ability to read plans, drawings and specifications; proficiency with scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, builds and updates project schedules collaboratively with the project team.
• Performs schedule reviews and communicates comments to the project team.
• Participates in all phases of planning & scheduling processes, including baseline and updates.
• Utilizes JE Dunn scheduling software.
• Assists with training and content for scheduling.
• Develops best practices for planning and scheduling.
• Visits job sites to review status and update schedules.
• Attends project meetings where schedule is discussed.
• Supports Lean and Pull Planning; aligns CPM with pull plan results.
• Prepares reports for assigned projects.
• Adds resource and cost loading as needed.
• Provides scheduling support to operations and other functions.
