Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Scheduler for the Advanced Facilities Group (AFG). This role focuses on creating and updating project schedules, coordinating with project teams, and applying JE Dunn scheduling software to support data-driven decisions.

You will travel to project sites as needed to ensure accurate sequencing and status updates. Ideal candidates have 0-2 years of scheduling experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field (Preferred) or equivalent relevant experience.
• 0-2 years scheduling experience (Required).
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and may require travel or non-traditional hours.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, builds and updates project schedules collaboratively with the project team.
• Performs schedule reviews and communicates comments to the project team.
• Participates in all phases of the scheduling process, including baseline and updates.
• Utilizes JE Dunn scheduling software.
• Assists with training content and course preparation for scheduling training.
• Develops best practices for planning and scheduling.
• Visits job sites to review status and update schedules accordingly.
• Supports Lean and Pull Planning sessions and ensures CPM aligns with pull plans.
• Assists with preparation of project reports and loading resources and costs into schedules.
