Job summary

JE Dunn Construction's Advanced Facilities Group (AFG) seeks a Scheduler (Core) to partner with project teams to prepare, update and review schedules for large Industrial, Data Center and Semiconductor projects across the country. The role requires 0-2 years scheduling experience, a bachelor’s degree (preferred) in construction management or engineering, and proficiency with MS Office and scheduling software.

Occasional travel and non-traditional hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field (Preferred).
• 0-2 years scheduling experience required.
• Ability to travel or relocate as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, build and update project schedules with the project team.
• Perform schedule reviews and communicate comments to the team.
• Contribute to proposal, baseline and ongoing schedule updates.
• Utilize JE Dunn scheduling software.
• Support training for JE Dunn operations and content.
• Develop best practices for planning and scheduling.
• Review job sites to update schedules and sequencing.
• Attend project meetings where scheduling is discussed.
• Support lean and pull planning with CPM alignment.
• Prepare reports for projects with schedules.
• Add resource and cost loading as needed.
• Provide planning support across operations and marketing.
