Job summary

JE Dunn Construction’s Advanced Facilities Group (AFG) is seeking a Scheduler for the CORE team to build and update project schedules collaboratively with the project team. You will perform schedule reviews, support planning processes, and utilize JE Dunn scheduling software to align with pull plans and project milestones.

The role requires 0–2 years scheduling experience, the ability to read plans and specifications, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field preferred.
• 0-2 years scheduling experience required.
• Ability to read and understand plans, drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Knowledge of schedule logic and sequence.
• Willingness to travel/relocate as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, builds and updates project schedules collaboratively with the project team.
• Performs schedule reviews and communicates comments to the project team.
• Participates in all phases of scheduling: proposals, baseline, and updates.
• Utilizes JE Dunn scheduling software.
• Supports training content and course preparation for scheduling.
• Visits job sites to review status and update schedules.
