Job summary

JE Dunn Construction Company is seeking a Scheduler for the Advanced Facilities Group (AFG). The role involves preparing and updating schedules, aligning with project teams, and applying JE Dunn scheduling software on diverse industrial projects.

The position requires 0–2 years scheduling experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent, and strong MS Office skills. Travel may be required; a collaborative team environment is offered within a national firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field (Preferred).
• Equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• 0-2 years scheduling experience (Required).

Responsibilities

• Prepares, builds and updates project schedules collaboratively with the project team.
• Performs schedule reviews and communicates comments to the project team.
• Participates in all phases of planning and scheduling, including baseline and updates.
• Utilizes JE Dunn scheduling software.
• Assists with training for JE Dunn operations and scheduling.
• Develops best practices for planning and scheduling.
• Visits job sites to review status and update schedules.
• Supports Lean and pull planning with CPM alignment.
• Prepares various project reports.
• Adds resource and cost loading to schedules as needed.
• Provides planning support to operations and other functions.
