Pacific Partners Insulation South, a BDI Company, is seeking a Scheduler / Dispatcher for our Tacoma, WA operation. You will own the daily schedule for installation crews, coordinate changes, and communicate with builders, field superintendents, customers, installers, sales, and managers.

The role requires staying organized under pressure, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while keeping things moving smoothly on site.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling, dispatching, construction, logistics, home services, or a similar operations role.
• Ability to own the schedule, communicate clearly, and keep daily operations moving.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch installation crews.
• Coordinate daily jobs, schedule changes, and customer needs.
• Communicate with builders, field superintendents, customers, installers, sales, and managers.
• Handle schedule conflicts professionally and confidently.
• Ensure crews have accurate job information before departure.
• Pull job information and purchase orders from customer portals.
• Create job tickets and maintain accurate information in systems.
• Track open issues and follow through until resolved.
• Solve scheduling puzzles when plans change.
