Job summary

JE Dunn’s Advanced Facilities Group seeks a Scheduler to prepare and update project schedules, perform reviews, and support scheduling initiatives across diverse industrial projects. You will collaborate with project teams, learn JE Dunn tooling, and contribute to baseline and ongoing schedule updates.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years scheduling experience, a construction-focused degree, and strong Excel and communication skills for cross-functional work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field (Preferred)
• In lieu of the above requirements, equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• 0-2 years scheduling experience (Required)

Responsibilities

• Prepares, builds and updates project schedules collaboratively with the project team.
• Performs schedule reviews to ensure best practices; communicates review comments to the project team.
• Participates in creation of proposal schedules, baseline schedule and ongoing updates.
• Utilizes JE Dunn scheduling software.
• Supports Lean and Pull Planning by aligning CPM with pull plan results.
