Job summary

JE Dunn Construction seeks a Scheduler within the Advanced Facilities Group to collaboratively build and maintain project schedules. You will review and update timelines, support training, and align sequencing with pull plans to drive on-time project delivery.

Applicants should have 0-2 years scheduling experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and proficiency with MS Office and scheduling software. Williston-area opportunities include working with diverse teams on large-scale industrial

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
0-2 years scheduling experience required.
Proficient in reading and understanding plans, drawings and specifications.
Knowledge of schedule logic and sequence.

Responsibilities

Prepares, builds and updates project schedules collaboratively with the project team.
Performs schedule reviews and communicates comments to the team.
Participates in all phases of planning & scheduling, including baseline and updates.
Utilizes JE Dunn scheduling software and supports training delivery.
Develops best practices for planning and scheduling.
Visits job sites to review status and update schedules accordingly.
Supports lean and pull planning by aligning CPM with pull plans.
Contributes to reporting and data loading as needed.
