Timberline Construction Group in Asheville, NC is seeking a focused Construction Coordinator to provide administrative and field coordination support across mobile home replacement, residential reconstruction, and rehabilitation projects.

The role emphasizes readiness, scheduling, contractor coordination, inspections, utility connections, and thorough project documentation to ensure timely, compliant project execution in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or coursework in construction management or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years in construction administration, project coordination, scheduling, or related role preferred.
• Familiarity with residential construction, manufactured housing, reconstruction, or rehabilitation projects preferred.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, inspections, permits, and utilities is desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Ability to learn and navigate project management systems; strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support construction readiness and pipeline management to verify project readiness before starts.
• Assist with scheduling for construction activities, including utilities and site requirements.
• Coordinate subcontractor quotes and onboarding; maintain organized records.
• Communicate with applicants and provide weekly project updates; manage scheduling for inspections.
• Document project progress, schedule changes, and required documentation in PM systems.
• Coordinate inspections with AHJs and municipal agencies; track results and corrective actions.
• Assist with utility coordination and 811 locate procedures; monitor related deadlines.
• Support change order documentation and tracking of delays and time extensions.
