Job summary

BUILDER SOLUTIONS GROUP NORTH CAROLINA LLC is seeking a dynamic Project Coordinator to bridge the gap between our sales team and operations. As a manufacturer and supplier of residential construction products, including roof trusses and framing lumber, you will support both sales processes and the logistical coordination of projects from start to finish.

• Experience in sales support, project coordination, or related role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with residential construction materials is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Team: assist inquiries, quotes, and orders.
• Coordinate with design, production, and delivery teams to ensure on-time execution.
• Visit job sites to assess needs and ensure delivery/installation per specifications.
• Maintain records of orders, quotes, contracts, and communications.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline information flow.
