Job summary

Timberline Construction Group is seeking an experienced Residential Reconstruction Operations Manager to lead high-volume reconstruction operations across Asheville and Western North Carolina. The role focuses on demolition, site prep, vertical reconstruction, inspections, closeout, and warranty, with a portfolio of 20+ active sites.

You will leverage Microsoft 365 and construction management software to track schedules, costs, and documentation, while coordinating field teams and stakeholders

Qualifications

5+ years of residential reconstruction experience.
Direct experience with residential demolition and reconstruction is strongly required.
Experience overseeing a portfolio of 20+ active residential reconstruction sites simultaneously.
Strong knowledge of residential reconstruction methods, materials, and building codes.

Responsibilities

Lead the complete residential reconstruction lifecycle from demolition to warranty.
Direct field teams, superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors across multiple locations.
Maintain visibility and control over schedule, cost, quality, and documentation across the portfolio.
Utilize digital reporting tools and project management systems for tracking progress and reporting to leadership.
