Job summary

MA|CK Constructors, based in Asheville, NC, seeks a motivated Project Coordinator to support construction operations from preconstruction through warranty service. You will work with the Owner and Construction Manager to keep projects organized, coordinate purchasing and scheduling, and ensure clear communication with clients and trade partners.

This role is not purely desk-based; it requires initiative, problem-solving, and ownership of tasks from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Construction industry experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand residential construction plans, or willingness to learn.
• Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working without constant supervision.
• Able to manage competing priorities across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate project records, budgets, schedules, and documentation in JobTread.
• Prepare and track purchase orders, subcontracts, work orders, and other project documents.
• Coordinate with the Construction Manager on schedules, upcoming activities, material deliveries, and inspections.
• Track outstanding tasks, decisions, and commitments through completion.
• Assist with reviewing invoices, purchase orders, and project costs.
