Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH Company, is seeking a Regional Engineering Manager (Construction) to lead and mentor regional engineering teams across multiple plants in Texas, ensuring design excellence, regulatory compliance, and manufacturing collaboration.

You will drive process improvements, oversee product design and testing, and partner with Operations, EHS, and Quality to deliver reliable, cost-efficient infrastructure solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of engineering experience.
• PE certification is required.
• Travel approximately 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage regional engineering teams to ensure performance, development, and alignment with company objectives.
• Drive process optimization, cost-reduction initiatives, and technical problem-solving across sites.
• Ensure consistency in engineering practices, documentation, and quality standards across the region.
• Partner with Operations, Maintenance, EHS, and Quality to drive equipment reliability and manufacturing excellence.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as corporate policies.
• Collaborate cross functionally to optimize product performance and cost efficiency.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop engineering talent across the region.
