Job summary

ASRE, LLC is seeking a Sales Representative/Estimator to join our construction services team. You will meet with homeowners on-site, coordinate with design staff and build crews, and develop cost estimates for residential projects.

Training will be provided until you are comfortable in the role. The position involves building relationships for commercial hardscape and snow/ice division opportunities, with close supervision from the Sales Manager and a focus on delivering high-quality work and

• Bachelor's degree or related experience including sales/technical product expertise.
• Track record of success with measurable results.
• Ability to develop strategies for opportunities and solutions.
• Vehicle record must comply with company requirements.

Responsibilities

• Meet with client at property to discuss project and take notes.
• Calculate labor and materials from site notes and drawings.
• Create cost estimates and proposals for projects.
• Review estimates with manager prior to sending to client.
• Ensure timely completion of estimates.
• Manage bid pricing from vendors for bids.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, or in person.
• Follow up with customers on provided estimates.
• Coordinate with trade partners and team members on projects.
• Prepare purchase orders for all sold jobs.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
• Liaise between field, vendors, and client on scope and deliveries.
• Update client on project status once work has begun.
