Empire’s Data Analyst will serve as the reporting and analytical support for the assigned operational team, collecting, organizing, and analyzing large data sets to inform business decisions. The role requires data extraction, verification, and the use of data systems with basic query skills and dashboard development.

The position emphasizes collaboration across departments, maintaining dashboards, responding to ad-hoc data requests, and applying statistical techniques to identify trends.

Qualifications

• Experience with SQL and Excel for data extraction and analysis.
• Interest in Power BI/Tableau and statistical analysis.
• Must be detail oriented and able to communicate clearly.
• Understand Empire’s business systems to extract data.
• English communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Research, extract, verify, and produce data for Empire’s assigned operational team and external clients.
• Maintain dashboards and reports for the assigned team, validating data accuracy.
• Assist in developing and maintaining analysis tools and dashboards for the operational team.
• Provide support for basic ad-hoc data requests from various departments.
• Use statistical techniques to analyze data and identify trends and patterns.
• Create visual representations of data for presentations and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure data integrity and teamwork.
• Follow company policies and safety guidelines.
