Job summary

Takkion Ops Management LLC is seeking a Construction Data Analyst to support data-driven decision making through Power BI dashboards, Excel, and SharePoint data management. You will analyze project data, develop reporting solutions, and partner with construction teams to improve visibility and efficiency.

Responsibilities include dashboard development, data extraction and validation, process analysis, and automation of recurring reports.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in data analytics or a related field.
5+ years of data analysis, reporting, or BI experience.
Strong Power BI, Excel, and SharePoint skills.
Experience with Power Query and DAX.
Power Automate is preferred.
Experience in construction, renewables, or energy sectors is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
Analyze construction, project, schedule, safety, quality, and operational data.
Extract, organize, clean, and validate data from SharePoint, Excel, and project systems.
Maintain and organize SharePoint folders, libraries, lists, and project data.
Identify opportunities for efficiency and workflow improvements.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for project leadership.
Automate recurring reports and improve data collection processes.
Travel to project sites or company locations as needed.
