Marvin Window is seeking an Admin Sales Assistant to support the sales and operations teams in a construction-focused environment. You will manage quotes, orders, and communications, acting as the main liaison between sales staff, customers, suppliers, and the service team to keep projects flowing smoothly.

You will assist with scheduling deliveries, maintaining databases, and supporting compliance while delivering responsive service to contractors and clients.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting sales or operations teams in a construction-related context.
• Ability to manage quotes, orders, and invoices accurately and promptly.
• Strong communication with contractors, suppliers, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process sales orders, quotes, and invoices for construction materials, equipment, or services.
• Maintain accurate customer, vendor, and project databases.
• Coordinate with service managers to schedule deliveries and on-site services.
• Learn and utilize industry-specific quoting software to assist sales representatives.
• Track orders and communicate lead times and delivery updates.
