Job summary

Mountain West Windows and Doors is seeking a sales-oriented professional to manage field activities, promote Marvin products, and deliver exceptional customer service on remodeling and new construction projects.

You will demonstrate products, read blueprints, and use quoting systems to quote and order products, ensuring proper installation and timely delivery. The role includes lead follow-up, feedback collection, and mentoring teammates in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered.
• 2–4 years of sales, customer service, or business experience preferred.
• Construction/window and door industry knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all field activities related to customer relations, product application, product sales and delivery, service and installation instruction, collections, and achieving 100% customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate and promote Marvin product line visibility within the architectural and construction community.
• Represent Mountain West Windows & Doors at events, trade shows, and group meetings to promote Marvin products.
• Demonstrate products, read and interpret blueprints, and use MS Office/CRM/quoting software to quote, sell and order for remodeling and new construction projects.
• Ensure Marvin products are installed properly per manufacturer guidelines.
• Follow up on leads from reports, store-generated and outstanding proposals.
• Provide feedback on wins/losses, competitive information, and special requests.
• Mentor new team members and host guests for field visits; drive continuous improvement in the department.
