Job summary

WM is seeking an Account Manager - Construction Sales to manage waste and recycling services for existing accounts and grow revenue on monthly sales goals. You will educate customers on recycling processes and WM online tools while negotiating service agreements.

Responsibilities include developing proposals, prospecting new construction projects, maintaining relationships, and using WM’s sales tools to align services with customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required or in lieu of degree
• High School Diploma or GED plus 4 years of relevant work experience
• 1 year of direct B2B sales experience resulting in customer appointments (phone-based)

Responsibilities

• Manage B2B sales relationships
• Develop detailed proposals for multiple services

• Attend conferences to network and stay updated on industry trends
• Assignment management and relationship building
