WM is seeking an Account Manager - Construction Sales to manage waste and recycling services for existing accounts and grow revenue on monthly sales goals. You will educate customers on recycling processes and WM online tools while negotiating service agreements.
Responsibilities include developing proposals, prospecting new construction projects, maintaining relationships, and using WM’s sales tools to align services with customer needs.
The Account Manager - Construction Sales is responsible for managing waste and recycling services for existing construction accounts and growing temporary revenue by meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals. Account management includes handling service requests and service issues, educating customers and prospects on proper recycling processes, as well as the capabilities of WM's on-line tools. New business activities include growing existing customer relationships, receiving referrals, and cold calling on new/planned construction projects.

Pay: The expected base pay range for this on-site position is $71,625 - $89,500. This range represents
a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced
by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications,
qualifications, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive pay.
