Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking a Safety Professional to oversee Construction Project Safety, health, and risk management across multiple projects.

You will develop site safety plans, lead ORM initiatives, and ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and related standards while coordinating with GC and client teams. Responsibilities include creating training programs, managing safety budgets, and conducting incident investigations as part of a broader safety culture.

Qualifications

• Requires S&H training experience and regulatory compliance knowledge (OSHA 1910/1926; EM-385).
• Knowledge of Safety Management Systems and ANSI-Z10/OHSAS 18001/ISO 3100.
• Ability to manage multiple safety programs and conduct risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with GC/owner on site safety and non-compliance issues.
• Lead meetings to present mitigation plans and safety training.
• Develop Site Specific Accident Prevention Programs and training plans.
• Support site safety budgets, permits, and contract compliance.
• Direct ORM team to review and implement project safety plans.
