Job summary

U.S. Engineering is seeking a Safety Manager to implement and oversee safety, health, and environmental programs on projects and campuses. The role drives training, incident investigation, and compliance with corporate safety standards.

The position requires a Bachelor’s in Occupational Safety and Health and at least five years of safety experience, including supervisory experience. Regular site travel and hands-on safety leadership are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of safety experience in construction or related field.
• Prior supervisory experience with safety training programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stay current on construction safety standards and monitor corporate safety programs.
• Provide leadership and guidance on safety policies across projects.
• Direct project and campus safety efforts to ensure compliance with programs.
• Develop and deliver safety training programs, including new employee orientation.
• Investigate safety incidents and communicate outcomes per procedures.
