Job summary

U.S. Engineering is seeking a Safety Manager to lead safety, health, and environmental programs across projects and campuses. You will develop standards, train personnel, and ensure compliance with all safety policies while supporting risk reduction and incident investigation.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Safety, 5+ years of construction safety experience, and prior supervisory responsibilities. Travel to local/regional sites is expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field; equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of safety experience in construction or a related field.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred, including oversight of safety training programs.

Responsibilities

• Stay current on construction industry safety standards and monitor corporate safety programs.
• Provide leadership and technical guidance on safety programs; advise project leadership on safety matters.
• Direct project and campus safety efforts to ensure compliance with programs and policies.
• Collaborate with project management to guide Field Safety Coordinators and staff.
• Develop and deliver safety training programs, including new employee orientation.
