Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a Construction Safety Manager to lead safety programs across multiple projects. The role focuses on oversight of S&H and risk management, developing site-specific safety plans, and integrating ORM processes with project management.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of safety management experience with training program development.
• 7+ years with a Bachelor’s degree in safety management (electrical exp. preferred).
• 5+ years with a Master’s degree; experience in S&H training and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Construction Safety and Health (S&H) and Risk Management across projects.
• Develop and implement site-specific safety plans and ORM processes.
• Create safety training plans, conduct OSHA training, and refresh material.
• Interpret NEC/NFPA 70E/NESC and oversee NFPA 70E training program.
• Mentor safety professionals and coordinate with customers and contractors on risk mitigation.
