Job summary

• 4+ years of construction safety experience or related discipline
• Ability to communicate and influence supervisors, peers, and external partners
• Proof of training and experience in crane, fall protection, excavation, scaffolds, and heavy equipment safety
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment

Responsibilities

• Drive the Clark safety culture on a project
• Oversee safety of employees, trade partners, and the general public
• Enforce safety programs and federal/state/local standards
• Mentor safety staff and assist in their development
• Develop project-specific safety education for jobsite personnel and subcontractors
• Identify exposures and recommend corrective actions
• Partner with field supervision to include safety in project planning
