Job summary

Clark Construction Group, LLC is seeking a Safety Manager to ensure a safe working environment across our projects. You will lead safety culture, enforce health policies, and collaborate with project teams to develop safe work plans and compliance with OSHA standards.

The role requires 4+ years in construction safety, strong communication, and a track record of implementing effective safety programs. Extensive site exposure, diverse teams, and a high-demand environment are expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of construction safety experience with related degree or demonstrated safety/trade experience.
• Ability to communicate and influence supervisors, peers, and external partners.
• Proven training in crane, fall protection, excavation, scaffolds, and heavy equipment safety.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Clark safety culture on a project.
• Oversee and ensure the safety of employees, trade partners, and general public.
• Enforce corporate and project safety programs and applicable safety standards.
• Mentor safety staff and assist in their development.
• Identify known or potential exposures and recommend corrective action.
• Develop, coordinate, and implement project-specific safety programs.
• Partner with field supervision to include safety measures in project planning.
• Develop safety education for jobsite personnel and subcontractors.
• Drive a safety vision and align the team to achieve a safe workplace.
