Responsibilities

• Oversees safety program and procedures for project sites within one district.
• Performs site trend analysis and tracks incidents (accidents, injuries, fire, property damage).
• Develops and conducts safety orientations and toolbox talks for all staff.
• Ensures permits and certifications are active and tracked to avoid delays.
• Provides safety training resources and supports equipment safety needs.
• Oversees safety equipment maintenance and procurement for project needs.
• Provides project status and trend analysis to management.
• Reviews injury investigations and ensures corrective actions are implemented.
