Job summary

Qualifications

• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification is required.
• First Aid/CPR Certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practices.
• Ability to enforce safety protocols effectively and confidently.
• Excellent communication skills for site teams and drivers of safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Enforce Safe Work Practices on site and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with site teams to prevent accidents.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and identify hazards.
• Lead investigations of incidents and document corrective actions.
• Deliver ongoing safety training and toolbox talks.
