Landmark Properties is seeking a Site Safety Manager to enforce and enhance on-site safety programs. You will conduct safety inspections, deliver training sessions, and investigate incidents to prevent recurrences.

The role requires coordinating with site teams to ensure OSHA compliance and adherence to company safety policies. Travel to multiple project locations across the United States is expected; strong communication skills and the ability to handle high-risk activities are essential.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification required.
• First Aid/CPR Certification required.
• Experience enforcing safety at construction sites and performing safety inspections.
• Ability to train site teams on safety standards and investigate incidents.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practices.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safe work practices and site safety protocols.
• Collaborate with site teams to prevent accidents and manage conditions.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and identify hazards.
• Recommend corrective actions to site supervisors.
• Deliver safety training and toolbox talks.
• Lead investigations of incidents and near-misses, document findings.
• Monitor OSHA compliance and safety policy adherence.
• Maintain safety records and training logs.
• Assist in emergency preparedness and safety drills.
