Job summary

JobTread Software in Dallas, TX is seeking a Customer Training Specialist to lead live and recorded training for customers, building knowledge and driving adoption of our construction management platform.

You will deliver sessions, host workshops, and create educational content while engaging with customers across various channels. A SaaS background, strong communication, and a willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering live and recorded training to customers.
• Familiarity with construction industry is a plus.
• Experience with SaaS or software products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training via live sessions, video tutorials, and workshops.
• Conduct daily introductory training for construction contractors.
• Host weekly virtual roundtables for peer learning.
• Lead in-person training sessions at workshops and events.
• Produce instructional videos for online resources.
• Monitor and update the help desk knowledge base.
• Host training webinars for users to learn from each other.
• Engage with users in the JobTread Facebook group.
• Assess training impact via feedback and metrics.
• Support new feature releases with educational materials.
• Occasionally travel to trade shows for on-site training.
