Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a Construction Customer Success Manager (remote, up to 35% travel) to retain and expand Autodesk's construction-portfolio customers. You will drive adoption of Autodesk Construction Cloud, build trusted advisor relationships, and coordinate success plans to achieve customers' business outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing, B2B role.
• 4 Year Degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Customer Success, Account Management or a client-facing role.
• Fully remote role with travel up to 35%.
• Curiosity about the construction industry and BIM solutions.
• Collaborative and independent work style.
• Process-driven and organized.
• Experience with AEC workflows and BIM solutions in construction.
• Previous construction industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer outcomes and develop a Customer Success Plan to achieve them.
• Onboard new construction customers with a focus on time-to-value acceleration.
• Coordinate a diverse range of tasks and customers.
• Identify expansion opportunities and share best practices to optimize post-purchase use.
• Maintain high customer retention and coordinate renewals with sales.
• Conduct regular check-in calls, business reviews, webinars, and mentoring sessions.
• Monitor account health to identify churn risk and mitigate it.
• Drive usage and adoption of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Develop trusted advisor relationships and advocate for customer needs.
• Propose and implement scalable processes to enable growth.
• Act as an Autodesk Construction evangelist and identify industry outcomes and forums.
