Job summary

FieldAI in Irvine is seeking an Account Executive to drive growth in the construction sector by helping customers adopt autonomous robotics solutions that improve project execution, visibility, productivity, and safety.

You will develop relationships with General Contractors, Owners, and other construction stakeholders, identify opportunities, and lead multi-stakeholder deals from engagement to contract, while collaborating with technical and deployment teams on site.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of quota-carrying sales experience.
• Experience selling into construction organizations.
• Proven ability to close large, multi-stakeholder deals.
• Strong knowledge of construction workflows and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and consultative selling skills.
• Willingness to travel and work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with General Contractors, Owners, Developers, and other construction stakeholders
• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities
• Lead complex sales cycles from initial engagement through contract execution
• Partner with technical and deployment teams to align FieldAI solutions with customer needs
• Build strategic account plans that drive long-term growth
• Represent FieldAI at customer sites and industry events
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and deliver against revenue objectives
