FieldAI in Irvine is seeking an Account Executive to drive growth within the construction industry by helping customers adopt autonomous robotics solutions that improve project execution, visibility, productivity, and safety.

The role focuses on building relationships with General Contractors, Owners, and other key stakeholders, guiding complex sales cycles, and partnering with technical and deployment teams to deliver field-ready AI solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of quota-carrying sales experience.
• Experience selling into construction organizations (GCs, Owners, Developers).
• Track record of closing large, complex deals with multiple decision-makers.
• Understanding of construction workflows and project stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to travel regularly and work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with General Contractors, Owners, Developers, and other construction stakeholders.
• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
• Lead complex sales cycles from initial engagement through contract execution.
• Partner with technical and deployment teams to align FieldAI solutions with customer needs.
• Build strategic account plans that drive long-term customer growth.
• Represent FieldAI at customer sites, industry events, and key meetings.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and deliver against revenue objectives.
