Job summary

FieldAI’s Irvine team is seeking an Account Executive to drive growth within the construction industry by helping customers adopt autonomous robotics solutions that improve project execution, operational visibility, productivity, and safety.

This role focuses on developing relationships with General Contractors, Owners, and other stakeholders, identifying opportunities, and driving new business growth through complex sales cycles and collaboration with technical teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of quota-carrying sales experience.
• Experience selling into construction organizations including General Contractors, Owners, Developers, or similar stakeholders.
• Track record of closing large, complex deals involving multiple decision-makers.
• Willingness to travel regularly and work onsite with customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with General Contractors, Owners, Developers, and other construction industry stakeholders
• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities
• Lead complex sales cycles from initial engagement through contract execution
• Partner closely with technical and deployment teams to align FieldAI solutions with customer needs
• Build strategic account plans that drive long-term customer growth and expansion
• Represent FieldAI at customer sites, industry events, and key customer meetings
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and consistently deliver against revenue objectives
