Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Boise seeks an experienced risk professional to join our growing team on large-scale construction projects. The role focuses on identifying threats and opportunities, informing investment decisions and maintaining risk budgets across programs.

You will collaborate with project controls, cost and schedule teams to deliver proactive risk management, reports, and value improvements for clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of applicable experience in risk management or program controls.
• Demonstrated experience with risk identification, facilitation and techniques.
• Strong communication, analytical and negotiation skills.
• In-depth understanding of construction contracts and delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain visibility of threat/opportunity trigger points to facilitate risk cost profiling.
• Use risk data to inform investment planning.
• Monitor risk exposure and assess remaining risk budget.
• Produce risk reports to communicate status to clients and stakeholders.
• Lead end-to-end risk management practices on multiple projects/programs.
