Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Risk Manager to join our team. You will support delivery of construction and capital projects across sectors including data centers, critical infrastructure, aviation and life sciences, with a focus on risk identification, cost control and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities include risk profiling, reporting, and end-to-end risk management across multiple programs, ensuring alignment with client requirements, processes and frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction.
• Minimum 3 years of applicable experience.
• Relevant construction project procurement and contract management experience.
• Demonstrated experience within a Program Management or Program Controls environment.
• Deep knowledge and experience with risk identification, facilitation and techniques.
• Strong communication, analytical and negotiation skills.
• In-depth understanding of construction contracts, commercial models, and delivery methods.
• Proficient in process mapping, root causes analysis, problem solving, and value-stream mapping.
• Familiarity with web-based database tools – ARM, Predict, Tableau
• Highly self-motivated, analytical, and customer centric.

Responsibilities

• Maintain visibility of risk triggers to support cost profiling and risk budgeting.
• Use risk data to inform investment planning.
• Monitor overall risk exposure and remaining risk budget.
• Produce risk reports to communicate threat and opportunity status.
• Lead end-to-end project risk management across multiple projects.
