Turner & Townsend is looking for a Risk Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has risk management experience on large-scale construction projects, including data centers and critical infrastructure.

You will create risk management plans, perform quantitative risk assessments, monitor risk budgets and reports, and work with program controls to align cost, schedule and risk. Strong communication, analytical skills and a collaborative approach are essential; SOX and contract

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of applicable experience.
• Experience in program management or program controls.
• Knowledge of risk identification and techniques.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of construction contracts and delivery methods.
• Familiarity with ARM, Predict, Tableau.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain visibility of threat/trigger points to inform risk budgeting and retirement of threats.
• Produce risk reports for stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Conduct quantitative risk assessments on cost and schedule.
• Lead end-to-end risk management across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with program controls to integrate risk with cost and schedule.
• Provide strategic and contractual risk advice on disputes and changes.
