Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Risk Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced risk professional who has supported large-scale construction projects, delivering value through risk identification, modelling and proactive management.

You will maintain risk registers, run quantitative risk assessments (cost and schedule), and collaborate with program controls, cost and scheduling teams to inform contingency planning. On-site presence is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of applicable experience.
• Demonstrated experience within a Program Management or Program Controls environment.
• Deep knowledge and experience with risk identification, facilitation and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Maintain visibility of threat/opportunity trigger points to facilitate risk cost profiling.
• Use risk data to inform investment planning.
• Monitor overall risk exposure and assess the remaining risk budget.
• Produce risk reports to support communication of threat and opportunity status.
• Conduct quantitative risk assessment (cost and schedule) to inform project contingency levels.
• Lead and run risk reviews and develop risk management plans per client requirements.
• Collaborate with program controls, cost and schedule teams to integrate risk with cost control.
• Transfer knowledge within the risk and project controls teams and to clients.
