Job summary

Turner & Townsend in the United States is looking for a Risk Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced risk professional who has supported large scale construction projects and can lead end-to-end risk management across multiple programs.

You will oversee risk identification, quantitative assessments, and integration with cost and schedule controls, collaborating with program teams and clients to create value and reduce uncertainty.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of applicable experience.
• Deep knowledge of risk identification, facilitation and techniques.
• Strong communication, analytical and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain visibility of threat/opportunity trigger points to facilitate risk cost profiling and drawdown of risk budget.
• Use risk data to inform investment planning.
• Conduct quantitative risk assessment (cost and schedule) to inform contingency levels.
• Lead end-to-end project risk management across multiple projects/programs.
• Create risk management plans and processes aligned with client requirements and frameworks.
• Collaborate with program controls to integrate risk with cost and schedule management.
