Turner & Townsend is seeking risk management professionals to join our growing team on large-scale construction programs. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of risk identification, facilitation and techniques, plus strong communication, analytical and negotiation skills to support cost and schedule decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction.
• Minimum 3 years of applicable experience.
• Experience in Program Management or Program Controls environment.
• Deep knowledge and experience with risk identification, facilitation and techniques.
• Strong communication, analytical and negotiation skills.
• In-depth understanding of construction contracts, commercial models, and delivery methods.
• Proficiency in process mapping, root causes analysis, problem solving, and value-stream mapping.
• Familiarity with web-based database tools – ARM, Predict, Tableau.

Responsabilités

• Maintain visibility of threat/opportunity trigger points to facilitate risk cost profiling.
• Use risk data to inform investment planning.
• Monitor overall risk exposure and assess the remaining risk budget.
• Produce risk reports to support communication of threat and opportunity status.
• Conduct quantitative risk assessment (cost and schedule) to inform project contingency levels.
• Lead the creation and improvement of risk management plans per client requirements.
• Undertake end-to-end risk management on multiple projects/programs.
• Integrate risk management with cost and schedule through program controls.
