SERVPRO of Bear, New Castle, and Upper Darby is seeking a Reconstruction Project Coordinator to join our Reconstruction Department. This role supports PMs, customers, subcontractors, and vendors from authorization through final billing, ensuring schedules, budgets, documentation, and communications stay organized and on track.

Ideal candidates bring construction/repair service experience, strong organization, and proactive problem-solving to keep projects moving and customers informed.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of project coordination or related experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple active projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Comfortable supporting Project Managers and the broader team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate reconstruction projects from authorization through final completion and billing.
• Create, organize, maintain, and audit project files.
• Track project requirements and follow up until completed.
• Maintain accurate project information in company systems.
• Coordinate schedules with Project Managers, customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Assist with budgeting, estimating, and billing support.
• Provide professional telephone and administrative support.
