CoolSys in Virginia Beach is seeking a Lead Apprentice/Journeyman to lead, train, and mentor the project crew on commercial HVAC and refrigeration installations. You will prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities, and communicate with tradespeople to keep projects moving on time.
You will monitor safety, enforce PPE usage, track schedules, and manage costs while coordinating with peers, customers, general contractors, and subcontractors.
