Qualifications

• Proven experience as a recruiter within the sales and construction industry.

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop creative recruiting strategies to attract top talent for the organization.
• Own the end-to-end hiring process, including crafting job postings through onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define roles clearly.
• Source qualified candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Review resumes, interview candidates, and evaluate both skill and culture fit.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.
• Conduct reference checks and negotiate competitive offers.
