Job summary

ProWest Constructors is seeking an experienced, relationship-driven In-House Recruiter to lead recruiting across our construction operations, partnering with executives and hiring managers to build a strong talent pipeline for field supervision, project management, estimating, accounting, and admin roles.

This role emphasizes a proactive, candidate-centered approach, confidentiality, and continuous process improvement to support ProWest’s long-term growth in both public and private sector

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting across field, technical, professional, and administrative positions.
• Ability to build credibility with field personnel, hiring managers, executives, and candidates at all career levels.
• Strong interviewing, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand current and future staffing needs.
• Develop clear, compelling job postings that reflect the role and ProWest’s culture.
• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for office, professional, field, and leadership positions.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for key recurring roles such as project managers, superintendents, estimators, administration, and skilled field employees.
• Coordinate interviews, references, screening processes, offers, and pre-employment steps.
• Create a professional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
