You will lead fieldwork, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, provide actionable recommendations, and support clients from acquisition through disposition, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of related experience in construction management, real estate advisory, or capital projects consulting.
• Knowledge of construction phases including planning, procurement, scheduling, cost estimating and closeout.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to produce client-facing reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct construction and real estate reviews, controls, and compliance assessments.
• Assess contracts, leases, and capital project performance for adherence to terms and regulations.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve transparency, accountability, and efficiency.
• Lead fieldwork activities and prepare reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support project oversight and risk mitigation.
• Support clients through the real estate and capital project lifecycle from acquisition to disposition.
