Job summary

Baker Tilly US is seeking a Consulting Manager for its Construction and Real Estate Advisory practice in the United States. The role focuses on conducting construction program reviews, contract cost audits, and real estate management assessments to deliver integrated, high-value client solutions.

You will develop industry knowledge, lead client engagements, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams while supporting project oversight, risk mitigation, and dispute resolution.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction and real estate environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication; audit/documentation skills.
• Knowledge of contract administration, cost estimation, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Review construction and real estate management processes for controls and compliance.
• Assess contracts, lease agreements, and capital project performance for adherence to terms and regulations.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve transparency and efficiency.
• Lead fieldwork: data collection, site visits, interviews; prepare reports and presentations.
• Collaborate with project managers, asset managers, legal counsel, clients, and contractors.
• Support lifecycle from acquisition to disposition aligning with client objectives.
