Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction or real estate advisory with cross-discipline experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's in related field; professional credentials preferred (CPA/CIA/CCA/CFE/PMP/PE).
• Knowledge of construction phases from planning to closeout and real estate portfolio management.
• Experience conducting contract compliance audits and CAM reconciliations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for client reporting.

Responsibilities

• Review construction and real estate processes for improvements.
• Assess contracts, leases, and capital project performance for compliance.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve transparency and efficiency.
• Lead fieldwork: data collection, site visits, interviews, reports.
• Collaborate with project teams and clients to support oversight and risk mitigation.
• Support lifecycle from acquisition to disposition aligning with objectives.
